I had a great experience with Nessrene Doudar, MSN, FNP-C. She was courteous, professional, engaging, and took the time to thoroughly answer my questions. I especially appreciated that she was perceptive enough to raise a few things that I had not even considered, which demonstrated both her knowledge and attentiveness.

She was efficient without ever making me feel rushed, and I felt heard throughout the appointment. It’s clear that she cares about her patients and strives to provide thoughtful, quality care.

Great experience at Associated Family Physicians of Boca Raton. Crystal and Maya were both very helpful and made everything easy throughout my visit. A special shoutout to Chloe at the front desk. HIGHLY RECOMMEND - especially Dr Jean. I am a new patient and he made me feel so seen and heard! After my former Psychiatrist retired and the company discontinued medication management I have been struggling to find a reliable provider. Other places I have gone to wanted to change my medication at the first appointment. So I wasn’t too hopeful about my appointment with Dr Jean but he quickly won me over. He was personable, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. His philosophy of “if it’s not broken, don’t fix it” was greatly appreciated. I’ve been taking the same medication‘s for the past several years and I like that he wants to get to know me before trying to make any changes. My first appointment and meeting Dr Maya Sachs and her medical assistant Krystal they were both phenomenal. Dr Sachs was sweet kind, and listened she didn’t try to rush off and was very knowledgeable. Krystal was very sweet and super soft hands to draw blood. I look forward to my visits with them. Absolutely recommend coming to see them.
